Horrible Seller & Customer Service

I bought the item and it was too big so I returned it the very next day. I took forever to initiate the refund so I called Macys and they connected me to Macys marketplace. They refused to refund me because they said it was returned with a burning mark which it’s not true. When I returned the item it was in very good condition but I returned because it was very very large for me. Avoid this seller at any cost. Not worth your time dealing with such seller who make up excuses to sell items which don’t fit the customers need. Also, Macys did a horrible job to protect me as a Macys credit card holder.

Never got the jacket

Ordered on December 18, never got the jacket . Contacted the company they said they don’t know when they will be able to ship it lol, but i was charged for the item and Macy kept sending emails about scheduled delivery. What a mess

Finally Received It!

I thought that the coat was running rather small. However after receiving it and trying it on it fit pretty big. I wear an extra large or 1X . I ordered a XXL and it fits big.. It would take too long to return it for a smaller one. Overall I decided to keep it.

Nice and warm, true to size, I usually wear small, 140 lbs 5 2” after reading all the reviews I size up and ordered medium but it was too big for me even with my long sleeve dress underneath. I end up returning it and ordered size small and it’s perfect and it’s very warm on a 29 degree weather.

JACKET NEEDS ALTERATION

Beautiful jacket, but the sleeves were too long, and this jacket was too heavy weight for me. It would have cost me too much money to have the sleeves altered by a seamstress. It would be nice to have jackets and coats in size Petite XL.

Don’t waste your time and money. The saler doesn’t respond to my emails and messages. The order status that is made on 14th of December is unknown. This is supposed to be a Christmas present. Macys would not cancel the order made through a third party saler and told me to wait until the 29th! Horrible service and experience. Walk away!
