Love

I love this Dutch oven! I’ve used it for many things since I’ve received it. I’ve made loaded potato soup, chicken noodle soup, stuffed pasta shells and so much more. The pot is steel and I’m not used to having to grab something before opening the pot so I didn’t have a close call with burning myself but that’s on me not the pot. I do recommend getting an attachment to add to the handles for stove use and remove if using in the oven.

Lovely color and lightness

I was surprised on how light this Dutch oven is compared to others. It seemed to cook the same as others. It was very easy to clean. I was worried about the coating as some around the edge is already missing so I am curious about the durability of it long term.

Perfect for bread

I love to bake bread so I was so excited to receive this Dutch oven. I like other Dutch ovens I’ve tried, this one is super light weight which is a bonus. Everything cooked evenly and cleaning was a breeze

Easy to clean

This pan is so lightweight! Sometimes when I am cooking something the pan is just too heavy to move around, this is not a problem with this pan. The handles get extremely hot! I was caught off guard the first time I was cooking and grabbed the handle. I have had no issues with sticking and it is extremely easy to clean. This is currently my go to pan for cooking, especially during the winter months when I am cooking large batches of soups and chili.

Amazing quality

Absolutely love this Gotham Steel Dutch oven. It's different from the enamel one I have already because it's so much more light weight and easier to use and move around the kitchen. The color is beautiful and you can clearly see the great quality. I've made bread in the oven and soup on the stove using this Dutch oven and have been very pleased with how it works. It's easy to clean and bonus points for actually being dishwasher safe!

Nice size, lightweight, pretty color

I’ve used this Dutch oven to make soups and pasta dishes. I like the size and can use it for cooking many different things. It seems to cook evenly. It is lightweight, and time will tell how durable it is. I do not like that the handles get hot when the pot is in use.

I love it!!

I am a home chef who has tried a variety of dutch ovens and this ranks up at the top! The evenness of heating as well as the heat retention is impressive, especially for it’s weight. The ceramic nonstick coating works so well, I didn’t even have to scrape the sides because the function of the titanium & diamond nonstick is that good! The sparkling appearance and pink color is very nice looking. It can go from stovetop to oven up to 500 degrees (many dutch ovens have a lower heat tolerance or force you to buy a high-heat resistant knob). I highly recommend this dutch oven!
