Bad quality

During assembly, I found out that two pieces of boards had cracked/broken. I couldn't remove them even if I wanted to return them.

Bad return

The product was shipped damaged so I sent it back. They were only going to refund me half for the damages. I took pictures of the arrival and I still had to fight. Macys gave me the refund in the end. Stay away from them and support Macys for doing the right thing.

Not Worth It

Not sturdy at all, cheaply made! Thought since coming from Macys this would be nice furniture. If you’re not an experienced builder this will take forever for you to put together. It has so many pieces & screws to assemble it. This took my husband 4 hours to build & he has lots of experience putting things together. It also came delivered with minor scratches but it would be hard to return this item.

Nice & Wobbly

not good quality & not sturdy at all! It looks nice but the quality is not as expected, especially coming from Macy’s. For a beginner builder, this would take a very long time to put together because their is sooo many pieces. My husband has lots of experience building things & does carpentry as well this took him 4hrs to put together. So save yourself some time & look somewhere else. Some of the furniture had minor scratches on it as well, but this would be a hard thing to return.
