Love this cookware!

Bling and Flash, for an otherwise perfect Green Pa

The pan seems to work as well as our old Green Pan, which finally got scratched too much after years of use. But it is a "busy" design, seemingly devoted to promoting Bobby Flay. The handle with a rubber envelope is no better than our original, and the extra handle on the other side is not needed. It just reeks of showmanship. But... Green Pans have greatly improved their non-stick coatings, and we are very happy with the performance of the pan and surface coating.

Not worth the money

Not nonstick in the least nor is it easy to clean. The color (ceramic coating maybe) on the outside is already chipping and I hand wash my pots and pans. Really disappointed. I bought 2 pieces at the same time and should have tried one first.
