Defect or very poor quality

We were very disappointed in this product given that 2 months after purchase the pans started sticking and losing their coating. We were hopeful given reviews and the brand, it's been some time since purchased but we just got around to sharing feedback.

Excellent - Replaced my Cafalon

Pan is excellent for cooking rice. Maintains an even heat and stays warm to accommodate 2nd helpings.

Be Aware

My Bobby Flay 10" ceramic nonstick pan will not fully contact the large burner on my induction cooktop (a GE Profile unit) rendering it useless on the burner I should use. The 7.5" medium burners are small for pan's 8" bottom, but it is possible to use them, but not will full efficiency. I was greatly disappointed, but the fact is that the small gauge metal on these lightweight pans is not truly "induction" worthy. And, to add insult, moving the pan on the burner scratched my cooktop. So, might want to check with your induction unit and be prepared to return the pan or pans you purchased.

I have had this set for approximately 1 month. Love how quickly the pots and pans heat up evenly on the medium to medium high setting. Cuts cooking time and easy to clean.

Not a fan

We bought this set 3 months ago and after only a few uses everything sticks. We cared for them except the way it said but they didn’t hold up. This cookware does not work as advertised and so far I have not been able to get any help on replacement or refund.
