Love this coffee maker. Wish carafe had cup ref otherwise great my Melitta Clarity lasted 26 years hope the vision gives the same, great product coffee brew the best.

Not what I hoped.

I was hoping for something to replace the Ninja brand I was using for the past 12 years. I had 2, each lasting about 5-6 yrs each. So, when I bought a new one, it wasn't made the same way.. lukewarm coffee and bold option not bold. (I returned 2 new ones) I guess they went the cheaper route. I decided to try Melitta since it got good reviews. Unfortunately, it's made for people who prefer something aesthetically pleasing. The Bold option is no different than regular. The coffee is relatively hot. Unfortunately, I am someone who only needs to make enough for a travel mug (about 12 ounces) every morning. The 4-cup option is too much coffee and would have to be thrown out. Total waste if you use good coffee. Also, you cannot clean the water reservoir after use. There is condensation left behind after brewing so eventually you will get bacteria buildup and possibly mold. Unless you do a cleaning process weekly. I will have to return this one and look for something else.

Best coffee maker

I have always felt vacuum made coffee is the best. This coffee maker is great. I forgot how great a good home brewed cup tasted ! The price from Macy's was also the best !

Love the design of this coffee maker! It looks so chic on the counter. Here’s what needs fixing: 1. The carafe stains. I’ve had this maker for less than a month. I will be contacting the mfctr-so I’ll report back on this. 2. There’s no measuring system and the carafe is fairly large. 3. This is the 2nd maker, had to return the 1st as the lid wouldn’t close. The good: 1. The bold feature is amazing if you like a rich cup of joe 2. The timer/hold feature is efficient Overall 3/5 rating.

Great coffee maker, worth it.

I have owned numerous coffee makers over the years and decided to splurge on this. So far, I love it. It is very easy to use and makes a great cup of coffee. No spillage when pouring a cup, keeps coffee hot and auto timer is very helpful, no need to reset if electric goes off (of course the clock would need to be reset) but the auto off will stay at 2 hours. It looks great and being able to move the display buttons based on how you place it is wonderful.
