Good quality but...

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have only used it once. It worked fine and seems to be better quality than the last one I had, which I felt was very cheaply made. The reason only 3 stars is the max cooking time is 99 minutes, I only make boiled peanuts for my husband in it and they need to cook for at least 4 hours. Had I known this I would not have purchased it. I am keeping it because I think the quality is pretty good for the price and am working out the time issue!
