Ok for a year but then…

I’ve lived this blender and used it frequently for almost exactly 13 months. A week ago I noticed the washer on the bottom is loose.

Great Blender

I use this blender about five mornings a week for a breakfast smoothie. It is reasonably quiet and does a good job uniformly blending the ingredients, which range from spinach to seeds to frozen fruit. The plastic blender jar did split after just a few months, but Hamilton Beach was responsive in addressing this matter under warranty. I now wash the jar by hand and no longer in the dishwasher (top shelf only when I did use the dishwasher) and so far so good with the replacement.

Great blender

Love the blender but I don’t like the container through use becoming cloudy and dingy. Don’t if it’s the plastic deteriorating. I don’t like it the stains.

Excellent blending and much quieter than others

I I love this thing. It's powerful. It's much quieter than my previous blenders and though I'm sure all the parts were probably made in the same place as every other blender I've owned, this one just feels like it's better quality. It's easy to clean and so far, everything I've blended comes out smooth and silky.. I haven't made an actual smoothie but the vegetables and fruit purees that I've made have been amazingly smooth. My only complain is that the actual blending vase is a bit small (only 4 cups) and I am used to cook in bigger batches... I will adapt. I highly recommend this blender!
