great pan

I love this pan! Its great for large skillet meals and pan pizza. Nothing sticks to it if you use proper heat control. It is a bit heavy, which is to be expected with cast iron. I love that it is also an art piece that I can hang on the wall when not in use.

Victoria 12 inch Day of the Dead La Calaca Skillet

This cast iron skillet arrived in excellent condition. The manufacturer's retail box (in which it was shipped via UPS) was a bit beat up. This is normal for the UPS shipments I receive regardless of the vendor. The Dia De Muertos design of this special edition pan is very nice!

I got my package after you have a return

I'm so sorry, because I couldn't find the email notification and only checked the shipping status, I mistakenly thought the item was lost, so I called customer service and requested a refund. However, I found my item in the locker carbonate last night, so I need to return the refund money to Macy's. I'd like to know how I should do this. Thks!

Poor Quality - Victoria Brand Used to be Better

The pan arrived in pieces! If it was a true, solid and sturdy cast iron skillet, it would not have broken so easily. I have another Victoria Cast Iron 12 inch skillet that I purchased 5 years ago that is much sturdier and well-made.

Beautiful

Wonderful pan. Use it every day. Bought both 12” and 10”. Love the design. Cooks evenly. Bought the add ons too (lids, handle cover). I’m happy.

Black Cast Iron Skillet

ThIs pan sticks after using two times... I do not metal utensils that would scratch so I am very dissapointed. The previous red cast iron purchase did not stick until years of use.

Am satisfied with 12” skillet. Love cast iron. It is very heavy. Not my go to only because I don’t often need this size. Great for the price.

Absolutely amazing

I am so surprised at how much I love this fry pan. Bacon and eggs, steak, scrambled eggs, sauteed onions and chicken, etc. This pan handles it all and no sticking. The bottom is beautiful. I'm sending one to my granddaughter. I got a great sale price. Highly recommend this cast iron skillet.
