A felt-tipped liquid liner for long-lasting and precise application. Artliner is ideal for eyeliner wings and cat eyes. It is easy to apply, smudge-proof and is richly pigmented.

Eyeliner

I have been using this product for a few years now. It used to be an excellent eyeliner. Precise, waterproof and smooth. Now it's still a good product but it's dry. It's no longer smooth. Maybe it's old and we need dates on boxes? Keeping fingers crossed that it's this particular one that's dry and my next purchase will be as good as before
