Poor quality
Poor quality, I been using this art liner for years, and right now the formula changes is not good..
Eyeliner
I have been using this product for a few years now. It used to be an excellent eyeliner. Precise, waterproof and smooth. Now it's still a good product but it's dry. It's no longer smooth. Maybe it's old and we need dates on boxes? Keeping fingers crossed that it's this particular one that's dry and my next purchase will be as good as before

Not smudging, thin pencil, no discoloring on skin.

Eyeliner gets smudged
I did not like it as the product seemed empty, and the worst part is after 1 hours it was smudged.
