Dear Lancôme Customer Service, I have been a loyal Lancôme customer for 30 years. Two weeks ago, I attended a complimentary makeup event with a guest artist at the Macy’s Montgomery Mall location in Maryland. I loved the look and purchased the exact blush and products the artist used on my face. Unfortunately, the event coordinator who rang up my purchase packed the wrong shades. I received the wrong color blush, powder, and eyebrow pencils, which forced me to return the entire purchase. (I would like to note that I continue to love and appreciate the regular Lancôme staff at Montgomery Mall, as they are always wonderful). Because of this error, I had to take the time to go to Bloomingdale's at the same mall to purchase the correct items.

A great experience with the Lancome saleswoman and
I was interested in trying a new eyebrow pencil and wasn’t sure where to start. The Lancome sales woman was excellent. Spent a lot of time with me making sure I got the one right for me and checking my other makeup product products then I walked through the whole store and it was just a great experience for the day.

I’m at the age where your brows start to disappear and I’ve tried so many different brow options. I love this pencil. The tip allows me to draw hairlike lines and goes on creamy. The brush at the end is great for blending to look natural.
