Comfy but not strong

Read the description and reviews before purchasing and people seemed to really like it. There wasnt many bad reviews directed towards the specific item but when I received mine and put it together and tried it out it definitely is not a massager its more of a vibrating chair. The settings are weird as well for how you want it to massage and it was on "high" intensity and again definitely no intensity. I got this chair for my husband for early Christmas because his job definitely puts a toll on his body and now im sad that this chair isnt going to even do justice for what I needed it to. I give it a 3 only for comfortability and nice fabric but thats it.

Horrible Experience

I was unaware my Macys order went thru a 3rd party vendor. Delivering a recliner via Fed Ex was a disaster. Communication between Macys, Fed ex, and Best choice was painful and almost nonexistent without my insistence. Will NEVER do this again.

WOW !! Delivered in less than 24 hrs !! Beautiful chair, works great, and very comfortable ! I highly recommend this chair, I’m 5’6” and it fits great ! Great affordable price !

Reclining chair shipment

Reclining chair seems nice so far. Very easy to put together. Only complaint I have is that there was no text or email notification of arrival of chair. Chair was sitting in rain for hours. The chair was boxed and put in plastic. I just would have preferred at least a 12 hour notification of arrival.
