Kitchenaide stand mixer

No doubt these are great mixers but I wouldn't buy one from Macy's online! I bought one and it was defective and the whole unit head knocked up and down when mixing. Returned it! They were fast with the replacement. The second came without the knob that holds the nose plate where the attachments connect. Macy's wouldn't replace the machine because it would have been the second return/replace. So, I had to return and hope they refund me! No Macy's online shopping for me. Hope you have better luck

Handle level sucks

I bought this 3 months ago and my speed level is broken and won’t turn Off. speaking with warranty is also a joke. I was on hold for over an hour

Looks beautiful in my kitchen!

This was a Christmas gift from my mother and definitely the gift I was most excited about. I have since ordered the ice cream set, the chopper/shredder attachment, and the pasta set!
