Perfect knife for us. Smooth cuts, sharp edge, good balance and easy maintenance. Quality appears amazing, but we have only had the knives for a week. Not reason to doubt any change for the duration - the knives feel blanced and perform to the high expectations we had.

The best of Knives

We love our Wusthof knives. They are well weighed in the hand and hold an edge beautifully. Through the years we have lost a few- so these were replacements. Excellent knives to own.
