Don't purchase this! Cheap and bad construction!

Cheap and the parts didn't fit correctly and they won't refund unless I take it all apart and use the same box to return it to UPS. Took 4 hours to put together the drawers and part of the base! I wouldn't buy again!

Bad experience

First I never got instructions and then the wood was already scratched just taking it out of box. Only able to receive half of refund back which makes me angry.

NEVER RECEIVED

What a pity but I have not received itt and it is so sad because according to the shipping courier, they took a photo at the bottom basement of the building where there are not any apartments so probably somebody took it but it has not been delivered to me and I do desperately need it.

poor quality

The piece of furniture Homsee 9 drawer gray wood dresser has a nice picture but once received the packaging and item was damaged and when I contacted the store to report the issue on the same day. I was told to wait on a response from the seller. I received their response and was only given half of my purchase price claiming I was at fault. I now have to pay for their poor workmanship and shipping which leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially since I have been with Macy's for more than 20 years. Unhappy loyal customer.
