Nightmare to put together

2/5 — Misleading Assembly & Poor Fit This dresser looks nice once finished, but the assembly was a nightmare. The description says “SOME assembly,” but it’s actually a lot—it took me over two days. There’s no video, just a confusing handbook, and many parts didn’t match or fit correctly. I constantly had to redo steps, and the back panel still ended up with a half-inch gap. I’m keeping it only because returning it would be too much work. I wouldn’t buy it again or recommend it unless you’re extremely skilled at assembling complicated furniture

Disaster

Very small compared to photos online. Hardware does not match 3 drawer dresser nightstands. It has visible scratches, missing parts, hardware and screws. Complete disaster. Trying to return and Macys customer service puts you through a whole investigation process. Will never buy from them again.

Great little dresser. Snazzy look!

Comes unassembled!! But perfect little dresser. Great quality. Not very tall.

Looks nice

This dresser looks nice but it's a little flimsy. It took quite some time to assemble. Other furnishings from Macy's came assembled.

I love the nice looking dresser I paid someone to put it together, I thought it came together but didn't, still happy with the dresser.
