Professional grade
Viking Pans Review Pros: These pans heat up quickly and evenly — I rarely need to turn my gas stove above medium. Baked-on food comes off easily when washing, and the pans themselves look beautiful and professional. They have a nice, heavy feel without being cumbersome, and the handles stay cool to the touch while cooking. Cons: The lids aren’t see-through, so you do have to lift them frequently to check on your food. To keep that “just out of the box” shine, you’ll need to clean with Bar Keepers Friend after each use, which adds time to cleanup. Without it, the pans still perform great but develop tarnish and heat marks pretty quickly — even just from boiling water. Overall: These pans cook beautifully and feel like something a pro chef would use. I love that they’re free of non-stick chemicals, but they do take effort to maintain. If you’re not afraid of a little extra elbow grease, they’re absolutely worth it.

Durable for the decades and nontoxic
Im a huge fan of stainless steel in my cookware and it is practically essential if you're looking for non-toxic options. This 10 piece set comes with a crock pot, saute pan, 1.5qt and 3qt sauce pans, and 8 and 10in frying pans, more than sufficient to cook a full-set meal with soup, a pasta entree with simmering sauce, and vegetable dish with the only limitation being stove space. To prep, i lightly seasoned the pan with a thin layer of avocado oil, then wiped before use. I always cook on medium, this 3 ply induction action doesn't require more! Sear at high. Cleaning is a breeze - i let it get to room temp, then soak to prevent shocking the metal and a soft sponge when everything is "loose". Eggs were actually a breeze for the first time ever. I plan to hang on to this for decades to come. My small gripes: a tad heavier, not for the weak-wristed or very elderly transferring large pots and pans, and the price. My biggest gripe: i wish the handles were seamless. The Viking handle is attached via grommet screws and stuff WILL get stuck behind it so its not as sanitary as I would prefer.

Perfect for cooking dinner!
Just got these and couldn’t wait to try them! The quality is spot on. They are thick and have a little bit of weight to them but I wouldn’t consider them heavy. I boiled spaghetti noodles with the 8 qt pot and it was the perfect size for a family of six. The only thing I wish was that the lid had a little hole to ventilate the steam so it doesn’t over boil but no worries, that issue was solved with using a chop stick to keep the lid from closing completely. The sautee pan was perfect for spaghetti sauce. It even had enough room for me to add meatballs in. The lid was a plus to keep my sauce from splattering all over the wall and stove top. The handles were perfectly curated to not over heat. I was able to grab them with my bare hands to get them off the stove. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for quality cooking pans.

Oh my gosh I was so so happy and excited to receive these!! I absolutely love cooking so this was huge for me!! They are EASILY the best pans I have ever used let alone own!!! The heat distribution is incredible making cooking very easy and precise. They are thick and durable and very well made!! I love that I can cook anything from an all day stew to just some scrambled eggs all the pans work great!! They are very easy to clean as well so after making a delicious meal you do not have to sit and soak and scrub. I am so impressed I don’t think I can ever cook with anything else now I’m telling everyone I know just how crazy good these pans are!!

These are incredibly nice. Heavy, sturdy, durable. Very classy design. I also like that the lids fit multiple pots/pans for simplicity. Stainless steel allows for even heat distribution and even cooking. They are a great size variety and perfect to complete the kitchen. Easy to clean. Highly recommend.

In love!
I am just absolutely in love with this 10 piece cookware set. It's a beautiful stainless steel professional cookware set that works with induction also, it's dishwasher safe, sturdy and my food does not burn. I really like that each piece has measurements etched on the interior for easy measuring without the need of additional measuring cups.
