The down stem was too short so I tried to purchase another down rod but I couldn't find one ? o tried at the company with no response And now I have to jump thru hoops to return it ? I won't shop with lamps plus or Possini They charge fees for return .. you have to pay for the return ?. As someone who remodels houses I will never do business with either again
