Received an open or used iron

I just picked this iron up from my local Macys, and I can't say for sure if it was ever used, but it was definitely opened and returned. None of the original packaging was inside, there was no instruction manual, and the box had been closed with scotch tape. I immediately returned it, and I am not going to risk ordering another one and getting another previously opened item.

One that has lasted many years and only as it aged, it has been replaced by another Rowenta product. Excellent performance and quality stands out.

Great improvement from the older version.

So far, so good. I had Rowenta for the past 15 years until it's finally gave up on me. This one is the improved quality and best wrinkle removal since I had Rowenta. Very happy with it.

Not Disappointed

This is our third Rowenta iron in over 30 years. We were not disappointed. This model is better than the last.

Love it

This iron heats up well and has such perfect heat control. It glides as I press my clothes. I only wish it had a retractable cord, but other than that, it is the perfect iron.

Not as pleased as I thought I would be

I have had problems with the handle. When I grip the handle it sometimes flips to another setting. Also, the cord gets in the way when it rotates forward.
