Product is misrepresented and poses a safety risk

I purchased an ergonomic office chair from this seller, expecting comfort and support as advertised. Unfortunately, the chair was poorly designed and caused significant physical discomfort, including lower back pain or neck strain. Despite multiple adjustments, it remained unsuitable for extended use. Additionally, it caused damage to my flooring due to unstable components. Another concern is regarding poor customer service and a rigid return policy that is negatively impacting the customer experience. Given the poor customer service and the refusal to accept a return just one day past the 30-day window, I strongly recommend considering a U.S.-made chair for that price point. It may offer better support and accountability.
