Cousin Comforts

I purchased these for my two toddler grandsons for a family vacation involving several long flights. I'm so looking forward to seeing the cousins sharing the same experience. Their parents are also grateful for the extra rest and comfort everyone will enjoy!

Stokke Family Lover!

We love Stokke! We already had the Trip Trap chair, Yo-Yo stroller and now we have our JetKids to complete our travel bundle! Our little girl had sweet dreams in a 10-hour flight

Doesn’t last

This suitcase is a cool idea, and your kid will turn heads at the airport, but the area of the body of the suitcase cracks easily. If you buy this, expect that the bottom of suitcase will crack within a year of purchasing. My two year old who is less than 25 lbs used this suitcase, and on our last trip, the suitcase cracked on the bottom. Cool idea in theory, but expect that it won’t last more than a year. Unfortunately this has happened to both suitcases we’ve purchased for our children.

Your Stokke® Family4 months ago

Hi Aundrea, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Stokke® JetKids™ BedBox™. We truly value your feedback and understand your concerns. It may be helpful to note that the only known cause for the front swivel wheels breaking is when the product is used on uneven terrain, such as pavement outside of airports, while the child is sitting on it. This is not the intended usage. The reinforced BedBox™ V4 is not known to have issues with the plastic cracking during intended use. If the BedBox™ is leaving the airport, the child should not continue to sit on it, as this could risk damaging the product. We’re glad you reached out to us directly by email, and we are currently in the process of resolving your issue. Our team is working with you to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Thank you again for your feedback and for giving us the opportunity to assist.

jetkids bedbox

In my experience, its practicality is quite limited. The storage space inside isn’t very large, and for a 2-year-old, it’s still a bit early to really pull it around or ride on it comfortably. On the plane, even after setting it up as a bed extension, if your child is taller, they’ll still end up curling up rather than lying flat. Overall, it’s a nice concept but not as useful in real travel situations as I had hoped.

toddler travel game changer!!

a travel game changer!! We took a 10 hour flight with our 2.5 year old and I don't know how we would of done it without this. She was able to sleep on the flight and properly play with her toys without worrying about anything falling on the ground. 10/10 recommend. Plus it entertained her so much at the airport!

Boredom Buster!

This is by far the best travel suitcase for kids! Love that my kid can ride it around the airport while waiting to board the plane and it turns into a bed during flight! I highly recommend this to parents who love to travel with kids!

Defective units - lid falls due to faulty screws

The lid’s tray screws fell off on the first trip. we opened the bed box on flight only to discover the screws fell off, and now the tray doesn’t hold in place. Everything that was stored dropped to the floor during boarding it was a mess. We can’t find the screws now. Bottom line either we got a defective unit or there is a severe design flaw

Nifty Little Box Initial Thoughts

We've had the BedBox Bundle for 2 weeks and have not had a chance to use it on a trip yet. Sadly it arrived just after a trip, but we are looking forward to using it over Labor Day and on a trip to Europe in a few months. With that mind, here are some initial thoughts on the item. First, my daughter had a lot of fun decorating the outside with stickers and making it her own. Not to mention the stickers and box itself are aesthetically pleasing and well-designed. The backpack is very high-quality with thoughtful features as well. This may have been my favorite part, as the size was just perfect. My little one enjoyed pulling the suitcase through our house and then having me pull her. Seems like a promising first step towards eventually pulling her through the airport! We have not packed the box yet but it does seem surprisingly roomy. Kid clothes are small, so I feel like this will definitely work for a few days. My only concern is trying to figure out where this suitcase fits in with our overall luggage collection and optimizing number of luggage items. Right now we have a 3.5 and 1 year-old, so we definitely need to travel with a stroller. I can see this being amazing in a year or two when it can essentially replace our stroller. Overall, excited to give this a try and optimistic that it will make things a bit easier. Especially looking forward to testing out the bed feature on an overnight flight! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this children's travel item.
