Luggage Broken internal zipper

My first order had a broken internal zipper which Macy’s told me to return and would send me a replacement. Replacement also had broken internal zipper. It was a closeout sale item. Was this because the all the internal zippers were broken should be in the description.

Damaged after first leg of trip

The color of this product and reviews influenced me to purchase this suitcase. Unfortunately, the outer shell is not strong and the suitcase arrived dented. Unfortunately that dent opened up and now this suitcase is unusable.

I was very surprised

I ordered the bag. there are no zipper pulls on the zippers on the cloth part on the bottom. I ordered another and found the same problem.

Great Suitcase

Great, quality suitcase. I purchased this one and a London fog from another company. This suitcase stood up incredibly better for my trip to London recently. It rolls perfectly. I can’t say the same for the other suitcase I purchased.

My suitcase that NEVER ARRIVED

My package never arrived AND every single link I have clicked on - via email from Macy's and Macy's website - takes me to a site that says "Access Denied." Plus there is NO PHONE NUMBER so that I can speak with a real person. Macy's now owes me a refund, but how in the world will I ever be able to get it???
