Damaged after first leg of trip

The color of this product and reviews influenced me to purchase this suitcase. Unfortunately, the outer shell is not strong and the suitcase arrived dented. Unfortunately that dent opened up and now this suitcase is unusable.

I was very surprised

I ordered the bag. there are no zipper pulls on the zippers on the cloth part on the bottom. I ordered another and found the same problem.

Great Suitcase

Great, quality suitcase. I purchased this one and a London fog from another company. This suitcase stood up incredibly better for my trip to London recently. It rolls perfectly. I can’t say the same for the other suitcase I purchased.

My suitcase that NEVER ARRIVED

My package never arrived AND every single link I have clicked on - via email from Macy's and Macy's website - takes me to a site that says "Access Denied." Plus there is NO PHONE NUMBER so that I can speak with a real person. Macy's now owes me a refund, but how in the world will I ever be able to get it???

Great luggage made in USA

Nice luggage and lots of space and compartments, with a laundry bag even. Looks sharp and sleek and I had the 26” one packed with 50 pounds of goodies and the wheels move effortlessly. The suitcase is fairly lite but survived a cross country flight with flying colors. Pun intended. :) Also, very happy to get something made in the USA.
