Beautiful and sturdy

I absolutely love our braiser, it’s beautiful and truly heavy-duty. That said, I underestimated the size when ordering, so it was a bit smaller than I expected (totally my oversight). Even so, it doesn’t take away from how versatile and well-made this pot is.

Braising Magic

Just used it to sear and then braise short ribs and was very pleased! The clean-up is fairly easy as well - soak with hot water and soap about 10 minutes, then scrub lightly with sponge and all residue was removed. Love that I can cook acidic foods in the cast iron. Thank you Caraway for creating non-toxic, functional and aesthetically pleasing cookware!
