Not up to Levi standards

This shirt seemed very boxy. I understand it’s not fitted but it just did feel up to the Levi’s standard. I was very disappointed!

Received a used shirt!!!

I paid full price and received a used shirt. It wasn't in its original packaging and was full of cologne. Wow!! I called customer service asking for return to be picked up since I bought it online. They said they UPS was going to pick it up. They lied. I had to drop it off. It was a pain dealing with this dishonest dealing twice when I got a used shirt and then when the customer service rep lied to me about the return. Thanks Macy's!!!!

This is the second shirt I have ordered. I gave it to my husband for his birthday and he loved it. He wants to wear it all the time, so I had to order a second one. It is soft and true to size. I got it on sale and am very happy with the quality and how it washes up.
