Poor Chooka Customer Service

I love Chooka boots, however, I received the boots I ordered, size 9, in a box stickered with size 9, boots inside were size 7. I sent email to Chooka twice within 7 days of receipt with no reply. Very disappointed as I love Chooka boots. Their customer service is very poor, extremely disappointing!

Finally found a great rain boot!

I have been looking for a new rain boot with good rubber tread. This one was close to perfect. Cute, comfortable out of the box, great tread like a Chelsea boot. I am a size 7 1/2 - 8, the 8 fits great with a medium weight sock (the boot does not feel too floppy on my foot. Easy to slip into and easy to pull off! The only issue is my feet sweat a little in the boot (it is a rubber boot after all). I will put an alpaca or wool liner in at some point. That will fix the sweaty foot problem. Strong rubber smell initially, but they are a rubber rain boot - I’m sure that will diminish. Really happy with them overall.

Bought it for wife's birthday. Ay forst glance she was unsure about it since she wanted something cute but after trying them on, the practicality and the amount of comfort they provided, made it all the worth it

Nice Boot

Runs small. I wear a 7 but even with thin socks these were too tight. Not sure they were short but very uncomfortable. If I got a larger size it seems my heel would skip when walking. I tried these in the house and only walked on carpet so I’m not sure if they would perform differently on wet surfaces or mud. Since they are rubber, they won’t stretch out with wear, which might have been helpful. If you can be fitted properly they seem like they’d be great boots for wet weather.

These are great boots for rainy and wet conditions

Not only waterproof protection for the feet, these boots slip on very easily. They have a simple, but nice lining, and appear presentable enough to wear in public on a rainy day!
