Bad seller customer service

Received the item but missing one part, contact the seller directly but very late to respond. Have to call Macy’s customer service to contact seller. Seller said will sent the replacement and it will be delivered within one week. However not received on time. Also, some parts of the cabinet are defective or have some damage. Seller didn’t give me any response related to this problem! Very bad experience!

Wrong color

Ordered grey cabinet was sent white cabinet that was damaged in transit. Macy's and the seller did resolve the issue with a refund within a few days.
