Philips 4100 Power Toothbrush
Product details
Web ID: 20193323Upgraded model for Us!
Left my old Philips handle at last guest house so I went to purchase a new one at a nearby drugstore. Newer model is more powerful but I would have preferred a outlet wall plug charger base to the USBC port

Great improvements over older models.
I had an older Sonicare unit but this new model is definitely an improvement. It’s slimmer and the on/off button has been moved to a position less likely to turn off accidentally while brushing.

so far so good
so far so good! Does a good job cleaning my teeth. I think replacement brushes are a bit expensive for what they are.

I am highly satisfied with this product.
My dentist recommended I get a Sonicare and since my new Medicare Advantage plan covered the purchase, I went ahead and bought one. I had been using a battery-powered Spinbrush for the last few years and thought the Sonicare would be an overpriced waste of money, but I was wrong. It scrubs the enamel right down to the gum line. The timing feature keeps me at it. My teeth have never felt so clean and polished. And I'm getting a full two weeks on a charge, even brushing twice a day. Can't wait for my next checkup.

Inferior in everyway to prior models
Worse in every way than the 4100 HX6810 that I purchased in 2020. The charging cord is USB, but it does not come with a plug adapter. You have to provide that yourself. The on/off button has very little travel, and it is not clear whether it is set to high or low. That option itself is poor. You should be able to set which option you want to use. It does not hold a charge as long as the older model. It is thinner than the older model, which likely means a smaller battery, thus the poor charge life. Look so many things now days, the price goes up, the quality is down, and the product is inferior to what it used to be. My old 4100 lasted five years. It bet this one won't last 2. I won't buy another 4100
