Only received half the chair

This seemed like the perfect chair for my space. Unfortunately, I only received 1 of the 2 boxes so I only have half a chair. My attempts to contact Macy's and the seller were useless. I never spoke with a person and the chat function only told me "Sorry, there is no colleague available to help you at the moment" every time I tried. Disappointing. I am returning the half chair.
