Power lift chair
This chair is from China. The instructions were very generic & said if you have questions, it was missing parts, or anything is broken to notify them immediately, BUT there was NO name, email, address or phone number listed “anywhere.” Also, the chair vibrates, it does not massage. Otherwise it is comfortable, only reason I gave it a 3 out of 5. I would not recommend purchase.

Great Buy!
Received fast and that’s impressive due to the Christmas rush. Easy assembly within 15 mins. Arrives as 2 packages-base in one and back/armrests in another. You’ll most likely need help to lift Box A. Great quality. Massage, heating and reclining/standing features run smoothly. Just arrived today, so I’ll need some time to see how it holds up. Overall, definitely worth the price. *purchased for my dad pre-surgery. Don’t hesitate, get it, especially if you can use a Macy’s coupon or discount! 💯

Lift chair
Love this chair for us! Comfy with large pockets on both side. Cup holder are big and deep. Power outlet on side for phone. Heat and massage work great. Comes in 2 big boxes - very easy to put together. Excellent instructions, in english.

Perfect gift for Mom
Mom loves the Heat & massage features of the chair. It's the perfect fit for her small frame and the lift is a bonus feature too...be aware that the chair comes in boxes and needs to be assembled...overall a great purchase!
