I still haven't received the product yet! It was supposed to be available for pick-up on Oct. 3, a week after ordering and today it's Oct. 13 and I still don't have it. This is beyond ridiculous! I've never ordered online with Macy's before and clearly never will again. The post office is faster than this. Get your act together!

Two Week lifespan
Done after two weeks. Unit fails to power on just after two weeks. Time to return it. Reached out to Bochum and several days later, still no answer. Those first two weeks were great though.

Excellent Froth & Easy to Clean
This frother seems to work better than my previous brand. Hopefully, it will last longer than the last one. I especially like how easy it is to clean the milk container, without having to worry about keeping parts of the unit dry.
