When the Ătem i opened it right away and it came dirty and scracthed.

There’s finder prints and product looks worn
My product looks like gold is chipping and someone already wore it.

I don’t know if I’m keeping it because it don’t look really real . It’s not worth what I paid for it . The image of the necklace is deriving .
Necklace is too fine for me
I liked the crucifix but the necklace was too fine and fragile for me. Sadly, I had to return it.
Item not received, not credited, absolute worst customer service, very rude, outright obnoxious, almost mocking me for having to pay this amount for an item not received. On principle, I will never purchase anything from macys again. Terrible.
