Just perfect

I love the pan, it's the right size and cooks food really easy and perfect...we bought this one for our RV it is the right size for that.

Cooks great broken plastic

I really like this product, it cooks great ,but after 3 months the plastic pieces started breaking off. The pieces that hold the lid on has broken along w a piece of element holder broken.

Bad delivery, stop using Door Dash for delivers

I like the electric skillet, it cooks well. I must say that I very much dislike that Macy's uses Door Dash to deliver customer packages. The Door Dash delivery guy left my package outside a gate way on the other side of my apartment complex where I had never been. The leasing office had to go and retrieve it. Common sense should have told the delivery guy to simply take the package to the leasing office since he couldn't figure out the correct building to prevent it being stolen. I guess that was too much to ask. 🙄
