Defective

I had high hopes for this shoe as it has a beautiful pearl detail. First the shoe took 10 days to arrive which made me miss the occasion my daughter was going to use them for but besides that they came defective, the front lining of the pearls was cracked and separated. We had another celebration coming up that I could still use the same shoe for so I ordered another one and it took 15 days to arrive and when I opened the box it was an entirely different shoe. I went to Macys to return and they couldn’t take my return because it was a third party vendor even though I bought these shoes through Macys. So now after calling customer service I now have to go to a UPS store to return the item. A big waste of time for both orders. If you’re looking for quality a timely delivery or a smooth exchange or return these aren’t the shoes for you.
