Bad Clasp

I received this bracelet as a birthday gift from the love of my life and I knew from the second I put it on something was wrong. The clasp moved despite being “secured.” I brought it in, they said it would be fine and does not affect the integrity of the bracelet. Well, the clasp came undone and the bracelet is now lost. I’d worn it maybe 7 times. I’m wholeheartedly devastated and wish I had not listened to the saleswoman when she told me that was not an issue. The bracelet was beautiful, but it seems like the clasp defect is a known issue (at least according to the reviews).

Nice but

The bracelet is nice but the latch kept opening and eventually I lost it. I don’t what is about the bracelets that I buy from here but the latch is always defective. If you hear several customers complaining about the same thing with different bracelets brought from here why do you keep selling them? Why can’t you fix the problem or hire someone who can smh.

Lovely bracelet with latch issues

While this was a beautiful bracelet the latch did not work correctly so had to return and bought a different bracelet
