Rusted in less than 2 months
Do not buy!!! I used the chef knife a handful of times and hand washed it as directed. The knife now has several rust spots. I tried to remove the rust with Bartenders Friend, however now the product (which is safe to use on stainless steel) has left the knife looking distorted. Due to the price tag, I thought I was buying quality knives as I cook daily. However, these are not as good as advertised after using them for a few months.

Great knife!
This knife is sharp cutting through tough vegetables like butter. It is easy to handle; fits my hands well!! Considering trashing my current set and getting couple more from this brand

Best Decision we made in the cutting Knife.
When I opened the new box of the Chef's Knife we how well it cut and stayed sharp over the last month. Very happy with that decision and liked our Greenspan Standley Tucci Stainless Steel Frypan Set that we purchased earlier.

Bobby Flay Santoku Knifes
