Outstanding Chair and Customer Service
This chair is exactly what we needed for our home office desk. It’s comfortable, adjustable and stylish. It’s large enough to comfortably sit in for several hours but small enough to blend perfectly with the rest of the room without taking up too much space. Very comfortable for my back, too. Assembly was a snap. DYHome’s customer service is as amazing as its furniture. One of the arm rests on the chair was cosmetically damaged when I unpacked it although it was fully functional. I contacted DYHome for a replacement arm rest and 2 days later a brand new, replacement chair arrived! Steven was my customer service rep and he could not have been nicer. His total focus was on my satisfaction. He didn’t ask for specific details about the damage, pictures of the damage or anything at all about the damage. All communications were via email, too. Replies were prompt and courteous. Steven just wanted a satisfied customer. And I am. I will definitely shop DYHome brands again.
