Hand bag order

I have ordered this hand bag 3 different times and can’t get it you need to use another way of shipping. They say they can’t deliver it I don’t know why I ordered 2 wallets and got them no problem so what is the problem with the hand bag?

Great bag

Amazing bag! I got it for school and it fits my Mac, iPad and papers. I like the best that there are three pockets to fill different things. Straps can be a bit uncomfortable when the bags to heavy though.
