Just order your Tumi from somewhere else

I’m sure the bag itself is great, it’s just that I never actually got it. I ordered it as a gift for my wife for Christmas.. and until Christmas Eve, Macy’s website showed that it was arriving on time. Christmas came and gone, and it didn’t show up. I called customer service the day after, they said the bag was not available and they have to cancel my order and refund me, or I can accept a different color. I agreed to cancellation and refund. Sure enough, the day after, the bag shows up.. now I have to file a return and go to a drop off location to return it. Overall, just a terrible experience all caused by Macy’s incompetence, resulting in a stressful and embarrassing Christmas Day.
