Pretty and chic

The wood grain pattern is extremely exquisite. With double-layer drawers and two side cabinets, all the skincare products can be neatly placed without getting messy.

No response from seller on return

I immediately contacted seller to return this item and have had no response. I’ve reached out 3 times now. I am dissapointed with the poor service and think Macy’s should help me since this seller is not responding after multiple attempts. I trusted the Macy’s website and have had no luck with a simple return.

Beautiful but late and damaged

Beautiful but arrived late and damaged. It took me forever to find a vanity that I loved and finally decided on this one. Unfortunately, it arrived 2 days late and when opened, we found it was damaged. It was a well packed box and the damage was on an inner part of the package. Pretty sure the damage is from manufacturing, not from shipping. Contacted the email in the package. But, it's only available Monday through Friday. So, still waiting to hear back. Will update when a resolution is reached.
