Broke after brewing less than 10 pots
Worked well until it didn’t. Unplugged, reset, tried multiple times. Wouldn’t turn on and wouldn’t pump water. Verified electrical socket was working.

Improved hot plate temperature
I have had this same coffee maker for years and this one is definitely improved that when the coffee is finished brewing it’s actually very hot which is a big plus will continue to stick with Cuisinart for all my kitchen appliances.

Heating element issues
A heating element issue caused two machines to shut down with and ErH error code after two uses. It was also boiling the coffee and the unit smelled like burning wire.

terrible carafe
I want to love this coffee maker so badly, but the carafe is awful. It leaks every time I pour from it. The glass is also fairly thin (compared to my last Cuisinart especially) and I worry it will ahatter one day. The machine is good, but the carafe is definitely not their best design.
