Arrived damaged

After going back and forth between Made In, All Clad, and Heritage I wanted to give Heritage a chance. Unfortunately, the item came with a hard to miss dent on the edge. That raised concerns about their quality control process. The pan itself looked nice, the handle is a bit short but comfortable. I contacted Heritage Steel for an easy replacement, but they asked me to submit a warranty claim first. I really don't want to do that. There shouldn't be that much friction to receive a product that you already paid for. I will return it and order one from Made In. Fingers crossed.

Fantastic pan

This is a great pan, and a great company, based in Clarksville, TN. The products are made in the USA. The workmanship is superior. I couldn't buy this pan from Macy's, as Macy's was sold out at the time, so I bought it direct from the company. Their service was fast and efficient, and well packaged. My future purchases will be Heritage Steel, hopefully through Macy's. I see Macy's is again saying they have "low stock," so I'm sure I'm not the only one to appreciate the fine work.
