Great with a slight defect

The French oven is wonderful. It holds heat really well and has a beautiful design. I've been able to make sourdough and stock in it with plenty of room. I only rated it a 3 because mine came with a chip in the enamel coating near the rim. It's unfortunate since it came brand new.

The perfect pan

I bought the 5qt French oven in the dark blue and absolutely love it. I love the size and shape with the curved interior (vs the square on the dutch oven), and the finish is like a brand new car - it's simply gorgeous. It's interesting that the dutch oven has a courser texture and finish than the French oven although I can see where both serve their purpose. This is the perfect size and shape, IMO. Love it!

Inside coating spotty after only one use.

The inside coating seems not equally distributed. After only 3 uses tho bottom third is very spotty and cannot be removed. Some brown rust like color is visible on the cleaning cloth. I only used dawn dish detergent and a non abrasive sponge for cleaning. The pot was never exposed to very high heat.

Baking dishes

I can’t say positive things about this bec I had white similar as this it broke in dishwasher over time so they are easy to be broken I need baking stuff knowing they easily break
