Flimsy countertop convection oven

I bought this countertop convection oven and used it twice now. The oven is so flimsy feeling, very light weight door to open and close and feels like it will break easily. It takes twice as long to heat and crisp food than my older airfyer. This just isn't what I was hoping it would be.

Black & Decker Toaster

We are very happy with our recent purchase of a Black & Decker Toaster Oven. The large size is great when toasting several slices and it toasts very evenly. Also the oven has a large capacity and it's easier to use than our larger oven.

Burns my food

I bought this toaster oven because my previous Black & Decker toaster oven worked great and lasted 15+ years. Sadly, this toaster oven burned by bagel and waffle in toast mode. Even if I set it to medium (halfway to dark), my food will start burning. The outer edges will be burned while the middle is still not properly warmed yet so something is very off with the temperature & evenness. Most of the other reviews are great so wonder if I got a faulty one.

The best!

Smaller

I have previously owned a black & decker 6 slice toaster oven & had it for 12+ years but it broke. So I ordered this 1 & it is a lot smaller, it's more like a 4 slice. Rather disappointed. It's a excellent toaster oven & I love them but just smaller.
