I have had nothing but problems with Macy's ever since my account was hacked and over $2500 was charged to my account fraudulently. It took me 3 months to get my account straight and I had to freeze and lock all three of my credit bureaus because of this "inside job" from this company. I finally got things straightened out with them and just started ordering again, and this order was cancelled as they could not verify I had an account? I don't know what has happened to this company that 4 generations of my family has been shopping with, but this will be the last time I order anything from them again,

Update to my previous review

Original sideboard had incomplete instructions. Contacted vendor and they provided a QCR to download the correct instructions. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Love the sideboard.
