Macys Pretending

Why is Macy's Pretending as if they dont see all of these reviews about a defective item? CLEARLY only macys is selling the defective version. U can find these on amzon for cheaper. Its like macys is reselling a used, repackaged, defective version. Kind of like how the dollar store will get the hand me down versions of the real beauty products..

Battery doesn’t last

I received my order 2 days ago, charged it. Used it for the first time yesterday and it the battery was drained in about 10 minutes. Not sure if I got a bad one because I read the reviews and most were positive. Anyway I boxed it back up and taking it back to the store.

Disappointed

Supposed to charge in 2 to 3 hours. I charged for the first time 6 hours and it worked for 5 minutes. One is suppose to do 10-15 minute sessions. I will try an overnight charging to see if that helps Not feeling positive about it working any better.

Quality issue

Looks cute… I’m not sure about the results cause I can’t even use it for more than 3 minutes then I have to recharge. Doesn’t last at all. I can’t tell if I got a bad one or the quality is bad in general. The manual is not very helpful. It says it has7 led settings but not explained how to get it. There are only 3 settings
