Loose Lid
We have both the 40 oz and now the smaller 24 oz travel tumbler. The 40 oz has a solid seal on the lid and it can top without spilling. The 24 oz lid seems much less tight and my son keeps spilling his water easily.

Spills quite a bit
I got this for my little babe since she loves our cups in a similar design. I was surprised though how much it leaks! Not just a bit, but if it knocks over, majority of the water is gone. We don't have that issue with our cups, which is why I went ahead to order her one too. It's disappointing that it leaks so much.
