Defective items

I purchased 4 chairs and unfortunately 2 of them were defective. The height adjustment mechanism does not work, making the chairs unusable for their intended purpose. What was even more disappointing was that the defective chairs did not appear to be new. There were signs that they had been previously opened and returned. It seems that returned defective items were placed back into inventory and resold without proper inspection. Receiving a 50% defect rate on a single order is unacceptable. I expected new, fully functional chairs and instead received products that should never have been shipped to a customer. Very disappointed with the quality control and overall experience.

One chair came bended.

I bought 4 chairs and 1 came bended. I was not able to return or exchange it for a new one. The bottom of the chair is also very slippery. So, most times when you get off of it, it falls down. This is not Macy’s fault but costways fault.

Don’t buy

The base is not heavy duty and the chair tips easily. Do not buy.

The bar stools are not too sturdy. If the base was larger and heavier it would feel safer.

Poor Delivery

I ordered since November, 2 arrived bent and I'm yet to receive the other 2🙃 😌 No communication on this till date First time I would be having a horrible experience with Macys. Please refund my money or complete the delivery
