Clipper guards keep breaking
I’m on my second trimmer and both trimmers have plastic guards that are so brittle they keep breaking and make it unusable. Specifically the 3 mm clipper guard.

Trym ii termer
After I used few months not accept charge, I put it on charge more than twenty four hours and when I use it not working only one min.!

I bought this unit and it worked very well. There was a minor issue with the unit and the customer service department took the time to understand and respond to my issue very quickly. Very satisfied with the unit and customer service understanding my concern.

Great Product
I have had a few trimmers and have not been satisfied until I bought the TRYM II. It has been flawless and easy to use. The only problem I had was the trimmer attachments broke some teeth and became loose with use. I contacted support and was very pleasantly assisted and received replacement attachments as promised. All in all, I am very satisfied with this purchase and I recommend the TRYM II whole heartedly.

Great customer service
This company really stands behind their product. I have purchased 3 trimmers, cordless toothbrush and nose clippers. I had the same problem with 2 trimmers and they took care of it with replacements

Keep looking, there are better trimmers out there.
They always seem underpowered. You can stop the blade while it’s running then let go and it actually runs faster. The red charge light never goes out. I’m assuming it’s supposed to turn green at some point.
