NEVER AGAIN

Customer of Rich’s/Macy’s since 1970. Many furniture & mattress pieces. This was the worst ever! Poorly constructed, flimsy materials and any other negative I can think of. Besides my husband & me we have made purchases for our children and grandchildren, no more! This tv console is not worthy of giving to charity! 😢😡

Product is too difficult disassemble and mail.

Product is defective and missing completed parts. I would have to pay to fix it.

Bad quality

I've bought from this company before and the others were good. This one in particular was awful. The nuts and bolts didn't really fit, one of the boards came broken, color was much darker so it didn't go with the rest of my furniture. Returned.
